All over the world, particularly in the U.S.A.
any idiot can be elected for president,
senator, representative, major, etc, although
until six years ago, idiots couldn't vote in New Jersey.
Note that statutory language says that
we should understand for what was normally
called idiot, a person who has been
adjudicated by a court of competent jurisdiction
to lack the capacity to understand the act of voting
should not enjoy the right of suffrage.
How many in our country,
that vote, and especially
those that are considered qualified
for that citizen right, but don't
participate on the election processes
understand the act of voting
and its consequences?
