Voyaging through strange seas of thought alone
is not one that any of us can follow.
There are no charts, and hope is a territory
that does not appear in maps, anyway.
The man who voyages strange seas
must of necessity be a little unsure of himself.
It is the man with the ashy air of knowing everything,
who is always with it, that we should beware of.
