Finally, a word about numbers…

I don't know why

but almost always age counting 

on birthdays is problematics.

But those numbers doesn't count.

The real thing is a little more complex

and it is not necessary to make it complicated.

The expectations on life

cannot be confined on a timeline

when we all know that our lifeline

is so thin and fragile.

When we contemplate life as a gift

and a present that we don't deserve

(even if it becomes sometimes a terrible gift)

things look a lot simpler

and there's no need of planning too much 

or agonizing on deadlines.

We do the best we can,

with what is at hand

where we are…

and the rest is trust.

All the suffering of dear people,

all the horror on unknown ones

is deep moving and goes

to the bottom of the heart.

And all the joy, the happiness,

the awe and surprise

of the little or big miracles

that happens all the time,

helps us move and try

jumping and even flying.

Anyone can jump half a meter,

but if you want to fly 

you have to try to jump further,

5 meters, 10 meters, 50 meters.

The problem is that you have 

to learn how to fall.
