to Dizzy Gillespie's "Salt
Peanuts" in Bebo Valdes'
piano solo yesterday?
 
I did.
 
Dizzy, of course, was a
great friend of Cuban music
and Cuban musicians. 
 
I found this clip that shows
what Dizzy was up to just
before he met Chano Pozo
and the second big adventure
in his musical life began.
